Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on 7reelz. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of persons employed by 7reelz or its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology suppliers are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
When creating a 7reelz Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any details change.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the 7reelz platform: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, and Metrobank Online Transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 7reelz Real Money Balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your Account, depending on the processing timelines of the originating financial institution.
7reelz reserves the right to set and amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page of your Account. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may also be set by the Player through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. 7reelz is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account.
No Third-Party Deposits: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 7reelz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals from your 7reelz Account are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable limits; and (d) there must be no active investigation or hold placed on your Account.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) banking business day. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed — processing may take longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. 7reelz does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or any payment method not registered in the Player's own name and verified under KYC.
7reelz does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, over which 7reelz has no control and for which 7reelz accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 7reelz are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and other conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any portion of the associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, only wagers placed on eligible slot games will count toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
7reelz maintains sophisticated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, structured betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between Players, and exploitation of technical errors or software vulnerabilities. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of and act within applicable bonus expiry periods.
All games available on the 7reelz platform utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by approved testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is independently random and not influenced by previous outcomes, player history, or any action taken by 7reelz. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the verified mathematical model of each game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during game play, 7reelz reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the Player's Account. Winnings resulting from manifest errors — including software bugs that display incorrect odds or payouts — will be voided. 7reelz shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

By using the 7reelz platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. 7reelz accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of gameplay on legitimately functioning games. It is your responsibility to manage your gambling activity within your personal financial means.
7reelz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) the Account is under investigation for fraudulent activity; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within a required timeframe; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require such action.
You may request the closure of your 7reelz Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any Real Money Balance in your Account (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method following standard KYC verification.
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds, pending bonuses, and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Any unresolved dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of the agreement — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, in accordance with Section 17 (Governing Law) below.

When material changes are made, 7reelz will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and will, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via the contact details held on their Account.
Your continued use of the 7reelz platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
